Peter Rogina, President & CEO
WorldScape Inc. Mr. Rogina is a recognized authority in the fields of immersive imaging and telepresence and has spoken and chaired numerous sessions at industry conferences and Universities internationally. Before founding WorldScape, Mr. Rogina worked as a successful independent consultant. He provided business planning and management services to clients, with emphasis on entrepreneurial business growth, turnaround situations, and intellectual property portfolio analysis. Prior to his consulting efforts, Mr. Rogina served as President of High Speed Net Solutions Inc. Previously, he was Communications Systems Business Manager for Hewlett-Packard Company (HP) and facilitated the growth of the business from start-up to greater than $100 million annually. Major General Paul J. Glazar (USA, ret.), President WorldScape Defense General Glazar is the former Adjutant General of the State of New Jersey. Confirmed by the Senate as the 29th Adjutant General of New Jersey on February 24, 1994, General Glazar commanded more than 9,000 soldiers and airmen of the New Jersey Army and Air National Guard, with responsibility to direct, control, and manage the New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans Affairs in the execution of federal and state missions. In addition, he managed all veterans’ programs, commissions and facilities in New Jersey at the state level. Stewart F. Reddaway, Ph.D., Chief Scientist WorldScape Inc. Dr. Reddaway is world-renowned in the field of massively parallel SIMD processing, applications development, and optimized algorithm implementations. His experience spans architecture, hardware, software, algorithms and applications. He has been granted eight patents for his work. He was the primary creator of the DAP system in ICL, starting the enterprise in 1972 based on his ideas of highly parallel bit-organized SIMD processing. In recent years, he has focused most on creatively mapping applications and exploiting SIMD flexibilities to achieve ultra-high performance in many application areas, including text retrieval, image and signal processing, and stereoscopic processing.
